Do you have issues with the size, shape and position of your butt? Perhaps it was always perky and a nice tight, round shape, but due to ageing and weight fluctuations, has gotten out of shape and started to drop down over the backs of your thighs. Or you simply want added curves. Whatever the reason, you may be considering like many other women out there, what is known as the Brazilian Butt Lift but wondering what the cost of a BBL surgery is?
We answer this on this page and go through your options.
As well as reshaping and resizing your buttocks, this procedure can reshape your hips, the very top of your thighs and lower back to give you that stunningly contoured body and an attractive silhouette.
If you’re ready to discuss your BBL, book a consultation with our experienced surgeons today
When having any cosmetic surgery or procedure, one of the most important things you need to consider is the cost.
That’s what we are going to discuss on this page. How much it will cost to enhance your bum using this fat transferring treatment.
The thing you need to remember is that just like all other plastic surgery, the cost of butt lift surgery, whether it involves fat transfer or buttock implants (The Brazilian butt lift doesn’t involve buttock implants at all), is going to be determined primarily by the extent of the work you need to be done to get the results you desire.
On average, therefore, it can cost between £6,250 and £7,000 or sometimes more.
It all depends on your goals as a patient, whether you are a good candidate for the treatment to begin with and whether your favoured look will mean additional liposuction.
However, the only way you are going to find out an accurate quote for your butt lift would be to book a consultation appointment to discuss your options and the surgeon will be able to scope out the amount of work, how long it is going to take and give you an exact price.
If you audibly gasped at the price of a fat transfer butt lift as noted above, then it may be that your attention has turned to the popular option of going abroad to have the surgery.
We’re not surprised really, as it is much cheaper to have a Brazilian butt lift somewhere like Turkey rather than in the UK.
You will find Turkish plastic surgery and cosmetic surgery clinics that will perform butt lifts for as little as 2,990 euros (which works out at about £2,699 at the time of writing).
That is understandably a very attractive price tag, compared to the higher cost of British procedures.
Is it worth it, though?
When you pay the price for British plastic surgeons to perform any procedure or treatment, whether it’s at Harley Street or in Hull, you know that they have been properly vetted, approved, board certified and, if they aren’t using the very best and safest methods and working in clean environments, you are at least in a familiar location should the worst happen.
Without being dismissive of Turkish plastic surgeons, as there will undoubtedly be some excellent cosmetic surgeons there – you have to be aware of the different rules, regulations and medical care should the worst happen.
Some of the reviews online and experiences recorded by people who have had an overseas butt lift are unfortunately, not positive recommendations.
There have even, sadly, been cases where people have died after having a Brazilian butt lift abroad, like Leah Cambridge, a 29-year-old from Leeds, who had the procedure and subsequently died of a pulmonary embolism.
While we are not suggesting if you do your research and find a reputable Turkish plastic surgeon who has performed many successful Brazilian butt lifts without any serious issues or fatalities, you shouldn’t consider it, we are highlighting the importance of doing that research.
If you want real peace of mind and to make sure you are as safe as can be and your buttocks get the expert attention they deserve, visit us at Linia Cosmetic Surgery – we specialise in Brazilian butt lift surgery with many glowing testimonials.
